Pack the item securely and ship with the RMA number on the label.

Refund is issued within 3-5 business days of receiving the return.
30-Day Return Window: Items must be returned unused, in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Installed springs are not eligible for return but are covered by warranty.

How long do I have to return an item?
You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in original packaging. Springs that have been installed are covered under warranty instead.
Do I need to pay for return shipping?
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we cover return shipping. For other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
What if my spring breaks within the warranty period?
Contact us with your order number and a photo of the broken spring. We'll ship a free replacement immediately — no need to return the broken one.
Can I exchange instead of return?
Yes! If you need a different size, we can do a direct exchange. Contact us and we'll arrange it. Exchanges ship free.
Are bulk orders eligible for returns?
Yes, bulk orders follow the same return policy. Partial returns are accepted — you don't need to return the entire order.
